Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 SEN Support Staff member to join our primary school in Southall. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to a student with special educational needs, ensuring they have the best possible learning experience in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one support to a student with special educational needs.
* Assist in the implementation of the student's individualized education plan (IEP).
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Monitor and record the student's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
* Support the student in both academic and social activities.
Qualifications:
* Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting student development.
* Relevant qualifications or training in special education is a plus.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
