Let us tell a bit about the opportunity We have a new opportunity within our Controls Centre of Excellence team in the first line, to join us as a Third Party Risk Management Specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will support the implementation of the Group’s third party risk management framework whilst developing and maintaining an appropriate level of supplier oversight and management across the Groups supplier base, ensuring supplier related risks are identified and mitigated. You will work closely with Group functions to ensure our suppliers meet SLA and other performance measures, whilst also focusing on embedding and maturing the Group framework in line with Regulatory expectations, so that the risk of supplier failure is mitigated. What will your day look like? As a Third Party Risk Management Specialist you will; Work alongside operational stakeholders to govern and oversee suppliers at a proportionate and appropriate level, in accordance with the Third Party Risk Management framework and regulatory expectations. Support the Group to develop and improve the Third Party Risk Management framework, providing technical support and insight. Ensure supplier due diligence is completed in line with the Third Party Risk management framework. Any issues and risks are assessed and reported upon to business stakeholders. Support operational stakeholders in regular supplier meetings with Management Information and insight. What do we expect from you? Experience working within Third Party Risk Management is essential. Experience in banking or financial services, is desirable but not essential. Broad understanding of the regulatory environment and PRA and FCA requirements in relation to Third Party Risk Management essential. Understanding of the complete supplier lifecycle from Onboarding, through in-life Governance and Change, to Termination Ability to support, build and manage relationships across a wide stakeholder community Creative thinker with proven track record of delivering supplier-focused initiatives Policy and Process design / documentation, with a good attention to detail Adept at analysing data and comfortable with presenting with executives Strong understanding of Due Diligence, Compliance and Audit processes What can you expect from us?
