Job overview
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Global Patient Engagement & Support (GPES) team. The role involves developing key offerings related to major investments IQVIA is making in the patient space. The role will work closely with our product & development teams, acting as the interface between them and the business. They will also work closely with the wider GPES team to ensure alignment with the broader patient strategy. Additionally, this role will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders across the Research & Development, Real World and Commercial Solutions business units.
Essential functions
1. Enable customers to design, configure and deliver digital, tech-enabled solutions to directly support patients.
2. Continuously monitor industry trends, evaluate competitors & assess market entrants to keep abreast of innovation & new products.
3. Furnish product and delivery teams with business direction, aligned to the overall strategy, to achieve IQVIA’s objectives.
4. Establish collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to support and proactively address business objectives.
5. Formulate detailed project plans, facilitate team meetings, foster collaboration, and ensure adherence to workflow processes.
6. Monitor progress of projects, including achievements, action items, risks/concerns and resolution of issues.
7. Create and curate a partnership process to continuously add capabilities to IQVIA’s suite of patient solutions.
8. Support in the preparation and presentation of business cases and feasibility assessments for new initiatives.
Qualifications - our ideal candidate will have
1. Bachelor's degree in STEM, or a related field.
2. 6+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, health tech, management consulting, or related field.
3. Exceptional project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
4. Excellent business and industry awareness staying current on trends and impact on the business.
5. Proven communication and reporting skills with a focus on stakeholder management & reporting.
6. Strategic and innovative thinker.
7. Strong problem resolution and negotiation skills.
8. Excellent matrix and cultural team skills.
