The role will support a rapidly growing branch network and the Trading Support team by assisting with the everyday admin tasks required by the team such as raising invoices, coding credits, allocating payments, ad hoc analysis, using Microsoft Excel, Qlikview, ProDiver and other data sources where necessary.
The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week.
Main duties:
1. The coding of credit notes and allocation of Bank payments received relating to the Rebate accruals, Marketing accruals and Contract Support accruals.
2. The allocation of the credits and payments in the Rebate, Marketing and Contract Support spreadsheets and the Deal-Track Rebate system.
3. Updating the Monthly trackers.
4. Raising Invoices relating to the Rebates, Growth, Marketing, and other Ad Hoc activities.
5. Chasing in some of the overdue payments for Rebates, Marketing, Contract Support, and Invoices raised.
6. Develop good working relationships with both the central team, those within branch and the Suppliers we chase.
7. Ad-Hoc reconciliations of Suppliers figures to our accruals.
Key requirements for the role:
8. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – (especially Excel)
