Position: Operations Lead
As such, we're looking for an experienced Operations Lead who understands what makes marketing agencies and their people tick, how to resolve pain points and encourage great process, support the creative product, keep workstreams flowing, and protect the bottom line.
You might come from a project management or creative services background, or equally you could be a client service lead who has been gaining increased oversight into agency ops this year.
