Administrative Assistant

* Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (5-6 weeks)
Reed Crawley is working with a key client based in Crawley who are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for approximately 5-6 weeks starting on 2nd October. The role will involve general administrative tasks and offers flexibility with 20-30 hours of work per week. Proficiency in MS Dynamics is highly advantageous, and strong skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook are required.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Perform a variety of administrative tasks including managing phone calls and emails.
* Organise and schedule appointments and meetings.
* Maintain contact lists and assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
* Develop and maintain a filing system.
* Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
* Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
* Provide general support to visitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Familiarity with MS Dynamics is highly beneficial.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
