You will be responsible for undertaking mould treatment, painting and minor damp prevention in tenants' properties and empty properties. You will also be responsible for clearing and cleaning empty properties (voids) including external spaces and outside of the property. This will include checking and clearing loft spaces, removing all furniture, white goods, carpets, and general waste.
What you’ll be doing
1. Applying mould treatment.
2. Treating low level damp.
3. Removing defective decoration damage by mould.
4. Assisting with the removal of household goods and personal effects following a customer’s tenancy coming to an end.
5. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within the homes you are responsible for; making sure it meets health & safety requirements and is left in a suitable state for trade operatives to work in.
6. Changing locks & fitting key safes, making sure the home is secure.
7. Clearing & tidying the gardens and external spaces, outsides of the homes e.g. strimming, cutting grass, hedge cutting, removing rubble, filling ponds & levelling soil.
8. Removing any items left within the home and ensuring they are disposed of correctly following health and safety guidance.
9. Maintaining appropriate documentation and records for any weigh in waste, in accordance with Great Places Environmental Management Policies and Procedures.
10. Treating our homes with respect, maintaining high standards of health and safety & reporting any concerns to your line manager.
11. Looking after the equipment provided to you, keeping it in clean and fit working condition.

2. Ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines.
3. Similar experience ideal but not essential.
