New Collaborative Learning Trust is looking for an experienced administrator to join our Estates Team on a full-time basis.
As an Estates Assistant, you will work closely with the Trust Director of Estates to oversee estates support and compliance. This will include ensuring that necessary financial procedures and processes are adhered to with regards to invoices, orders, delivery notes, quotes, etc. You will also help process orders for all planned, responsive and capital project orders, maintain accurate budget reports, administer licenses and coordinate with contractors and companies.
You will be a hard-working and committed individual, with excellent communication skills and a customer service approach to your work. As you will be providing essential administrative and organisational support to the Estates team, you will need experience of using computerised administrative systems, good IT skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise deadlines.
