Our client, an experienced and well-established private and commercial banking and wealth planning firm, is seeking a Banking Client Support Assistant to join their team based in Exeter.
Responsibilities of the Banking Client Support Assistant:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for clients
2. General administration duties
3. Answering and responding to client queries via telephone and email
4. Dealing with clients’ complaints
5. Maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders across the business
Requirements of the Banking Client Support Assistant:
1. Professional business services background (Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Pension)
2. Comfortable with numbers
3. Computer literacy
4. Excellent organisational skills
5. Ability to manage competing priorities and other activities
