You will be p roviding leadership to the team and providing guidance and support to all staff and our Nursery Managers work closely with our lovely parents and families, to continue building strong relationships. Our Nursery Managers are involved in r ecruit ing and induct ing new members of staff and ensure the team are supported, mentored and empowered.
