As an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team the post holder will work in partnership demonstrating enthusiasm and interest in substance use to support the key functions Moray Integrated Drug and Alcohol Team The SHCSW will be responsible for a defined caseload and contribute to patient assessments by implementing and reporting on all aspects of their care to senior team members. The SHCSW will participate in regular caseload and supervision which are critical aspects of the post. This post involves working with patients, families, carers, statutory and non-statutory agencies within the legislative frameworks, policies and procedures demonstrating equality, dignity and respect for cultural spirituality and diversity and work within the SHCSW code of conduct. The SHCSW is required to undertake designated duties without direct supervision.
