About the role
My client is recruiting for a CRM Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. This newly created role will work closely with marketing, operations, and data teams. You’ll develop and manage the CRM strategy, focusing on improving the customer funnel and converting leads into active customers.
Key tasks include analysing customer data, implementing CRM systems, and collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You’ll need a solid background in CRM systems, customer lifecycle management, and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a CRM strategy focused on engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
* Analyse the current funnel and identify areas for improvement.
* Assess and improve CRM tools and ensure data accuracy.
* Work with IT and Operations to integrate CRM with other systems.
* Plan and execute CRM campaigns, monitor performance, and optimise strategies.
* Use A/B testing and data insights to improve conversion and engagement.
* Work closely with other teams to ensure consistent CRM strategies.
* Mentor and train others on CRM best practices.
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of CRM management experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
* Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analysis tools.
* Experience with email marketing, segmentation, and personalisation.
* Strong analytical skills and a proactive, strategic mindset.
* Excellent communication and project management abilities.
