We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our busy Kent branch as a Customer Service & Sales Advisor on a fixed-term contract of 3-6 months.
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Role Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing a professional, efficient, and courteous service via telephone. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering customer queries and providing comprehensive information on our products, pricing, and delivery.
Supporting our external sales team as an internal customer liaison, ensuring all customer needs are met.
Processing orders and price enquiries accurately and efficiently.
Proactively following up on open quotations to drive sales.
Resolving customer concerns and ensuring all interactions are meticulously recorded.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
