£30,000 Basic salary (depending on experience)
£50,000 - £70,000 OTE
Our client is an experienced, Residential and Lettings Agency – providing the highest levels of customer service and client care for their clients. Position Summary
The Lettings Manager will be proactive in the estate agent market place to create and develop new landlords on to the market within the branch both by proactively generating leads and management of lettings staff. S/he will manage their own time and diary efficiently to ensure maximising potential of staff and resources of branch. S/he will provide a high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with customer service and building good relations with customers, as well as colleagues across the department. S/he will achieve targets and objectives.
Principal Responsibilities
• Actively pursue new business, attending valuations and converting business to properties on the market.
• Establish marketing and canvassing plan
• Analysing market and customer needs and selling to those needs
• Providing in branch training and coaching as required by staff
• Conduct one to one reviews and appraisals according to company standards
• Dealing with day to day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration
• Completion of all appropriate section of checklists in full and on time
• Maximise business by actioning website and Rightmove / Zoopla enquiries
* Ensuring branch compliance in accordance with legislation and industry approved bodies
* Drive lead generation
Experience / Qualities Required
* Previous experience in estate agency (5 years minimum)
* Ability to work towards target and motivate the team to do the same
* Full UK driving licence and own car
* Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines
* A good record of personal effectiveness
* Customer driven with a drive for results
* Previous People Management experience (desirable)
