The successful candidate will support the management of data for the school and provide an effective and efficient reception service to the school and its visitors via email, telephone and face-to-face. You will support the Leadership Team and Business Manager with data inputting, producing reports, co-ordinating payments for trips, dinners and breakfast club and monitoring registration and attendance. You will have excellent ICT skills, experience of data analysis and reporting, and proven ICT experience. You must be able to remain calm under pressure and customer focussed and have a clear understanding of maintaining confidentiality.
