Job summary We have an exciting opportunity to join the Education and Training workforce at St Bartholomews Hospital. This post plays a key role in supporting the coordination, training, and local management of learners on pharmacy educational programmes. The post holder will support pharmacy technicians post qualification co-ordinating various pharmacy training and accreditation schemes such as, Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) and medicines management qualifications. We are looking for an individual with experience in supporting trainees (Pre-registration Pharmacy Technicians and Trainee Pharmacy Assistants) and an understanding of the Initial Education Standards (IET) for pharmacy technicians. Alongside trainees the post holder will support the pharmacy team in their continued personal development, working with colleagues to embed education and training in roles. You must possess excellent interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills and able to work with a wide range of professionals.
