As a Cook Serve Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
* delivery of daily staff briefings;
* management of all food & non-food orders via an online computer system
* preparing, cooking & serving all meals for pupils;
* ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed;
* managing rotas and work routines for the staff;
* weekly/monthly online payroll submissions;
* staff training;
* management of attendance;
* managing employees breach of Birmingham City Council's Code of Conduct. Essential Criteria: Experience in cooking on a large scale
* you will work collaboratively with school staff to ensure the first-class delivery of food in school kitchens
sound knowledge of nutritional standards in school food;
