* Provide direct support to pupils: This will include assisting with classroom instruction, providing individual and small group support, and implementing differentiated learning activities.
* Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN): Work closely with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), providing targeted support for pupils with a range of needs, including those with learning difficulties, social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties, and physical disabilities.
* Create a positive learning environment: Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and respected.
* Support classroom management: Assist with classroom routines, manage pupil behavior effectively, and ensure a calm and focused learning atmosphere.
* Communicate effectively: Build strong relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and colleagues, and share relevant information regarding pupil progress.
* Contribute to the wider school community: Participate in school events and activities as required.

Desirable skills:
* Experience working with children with SEN
* Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3)
* First Aid qualification
* Full UK Driving Licence
