We are seeking an experienced Property Repair Expert to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled individuals who want to provide high-quality repair and maintenance services to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting minor repairs, performing routine maintenance tasks, and providing other related services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Minor Repairs: Conduct repairs to electrical and plumbing systems, perform carpentry tasks, and install appliances
* Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, cosmetic upkeep, and preventative maintenance tasks
* Other tasks: Assemble furniture, change light bulbs, paint and decorate, clear gutters, and maintain property exteriors
* Safety: Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards
