HR Change / Workforce Planning & Mobility Project
Crone Corkill HR are recruiting for a HR project based role for the duration of 6 months.
Responsibilities include:
1. Working with key stakeholders within HR and Project Managers in relation to business change project milestones.
2. Conducting impact analysis to support the methodology plan.
3. Deducing and supporting impact analysis conclusions of workforce planning.
4. Designing questionnaires.
5. Planning and analyzing costs.
6. Conducting compensation and benefits analysis.
7. Designing employee programme support.
Background:
1. Strong data and analytics capabilities with the ability to develop subsequent recommendations.
2. Proficient in Excel.
3. Previous relocation experience.
4. Confident in presentations and liaising with leadership teams.
