CAFM & Estate Information Systems Manager Band 5 - hour per week
The Estate team is looking to develop further its existing CAFM, CAD and Estates Information systems to underpin the delivery of services going forward and to effectively manage all required building information. The management of these systems and the ability to demonstrate compliance regarding the many regulations and Statutes is vital.
Main duties of the job
The Retained Estates Services requires a subject matter expert in CAFM and CAD systems to manage the day-to-day operations of the system and to support the delivery of Minor Works projects. Using the skills that you have you will oversee these systems, developing your knowledge and experience to provide a fit for purpose targeted management & compliance CAFM support and CAD service to the team using a range of systems.

6. Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in Architectural Technology / computer technology systems
7. Specialist knowledge and experience in the use of CAFM/Asset
8. Management reporting systems
9. AutoCAD Qualification and ability to review, manipulate/update drawings on an occasional basis
10. Have a working knowledge of CAFM Systems IPR systems (MICAD)
11. Experience with performing various work activities which may be of a complex, demanding, routine or non routine nature
12. Working knowledge of IPR property management software tools and the operation of Planned Maintenance programmes
13. Demonstrable experience of standard software programmes such as Microsoft Office Suite of products to include excel and PowerPoint
14. Provide and receive complex information
15. Experience of using Microsoft suite and complex IT systems
16. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
17. Frequent concentration required with an unpredictable work pattern
18. Deliver training to a range of users of the CAFM systems in use any associated hardware via face-to-face sessions and online
