Hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch), flexibility may be required outside of these hours depending on urgency of a task and workload. Responsibilities Building and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates Advertising our live jobs to the company website and job boards Reviewing advert responses Sourcing candidates through various channels; Linkedin, Job boards, networks, social media and referrals Matching suitable candidates to shortlists Telephone pre-screen candidates Arranging and coordinating candidate interviews Gathering interview feedback Maintaining our CRM database Generating leads for the sales team to follow up Processing weekly timesheets and candidate payroll Candidate compliance (ID, right to work, references) Credit control Social Media Skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail Ability to build relationships and rapport Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment System Skills: Competent in MS Office and CRM databases Resourceful and able to use own initiative Positive and collaborative attitude Composed under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach Ability to manage conflicting priorities, exercising responsible judgement when appropriate Ability to Benefits Competitive commission scheme Vitality Health Insurance 25 days holiday ( 2 bonus days) Eye care vouchers Pension scheme (5%) 5% matched by employer after probation Business Laptop and mobile phone 1 day working from home after probation (Fridays) Quarterly Team events
