What you'll do
* You will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and administration of Dorchester Collection's IT infrastructure, including managing third-party providers that support both physical and virtualised environments. Working with the corporate IT team, you will ensure all systems are configured and supported to maximise availability, while also providing support to help desk team members.
* Day to day, you will be responsible for:
o Systems Administration – Deployment, installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of both hardware and software systems across the organisation
o Support - Act as a key reference for 1st and 2nd line support for employees at the corporate office and internationally. You’ll be a subject matter expert and provide guidance and troubleshooting expertise.
o Project Delivery – Support and contribute to IT infrastructure projects, both within the corporate environment and across our global hotel locations. You’ll help bring new systems online and optimise our infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.
o Incident Management – Participate in the incident management process, providing timely response and effective communication to mitigate issues as they arise.
o Compliance and Security - Ensure all systems adhere to best practices and regulatory compliance standards. You'll actively support vulnerability management and lead remediation efforts to maintain secure infrastructure.
o Education - Participate in IT education and awareness programmes and initiatives

What you'll bring
* You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team
* You will have previous experience in an Infrastructure Support Engineer or similar role, preferably within a mid to enterprise size business.
* Supporting a hybrid environment of Active Directory & Microsoft Entra will be a core part of your role
* You will have extensive experience with M365 products (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online)
* You will also have experience in deploying modern workplace solutions using cloud technologies, such as the Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
* Experience of firewall management and Cisco administration is an advantage
* A solid understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
* English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
* Any of the following industry certifications are an advantage: ITIL, Microsoft Azure/M365, CCNA or Computing related degree
