Your new role
You will be involved in all aspects of the company's operational agenda to ensure that all stakeholders feel supported, coached, and empowered. Some of your duties will include:
1. Developing and implementing a robust and scalable recruiting strategy.
2. Ensuring smooth operation of HR processes.
3. Training and coaching managers in line with company values.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality processes.
5. Reviewing all HR policies and processes to ensure fit for purpose.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience of working as a HR Business Partner. You will also need to have strong HR analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and an agile mindset for driving continuous improvement.
What you’ll get in return
You will have a temporary position to start immediately for approximately 6 months, and you will receive an annual salary of £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience. You will be working for a leading global organization.
