Senior Operations Manager - Facilities Management - Responsibilities
* Responsible for the management and responsibility of current and newly planning maintenance contracts.
* Management of the help desk and supply chain in order to deliver various contracts.
* Maximising service delivery and creating efficiencies and improvements where needed.
* Build out a robust supply chain to serve existing and new clients across industry sectors and geographic locations.
* Supply chain management including performance and compliance.
* Monitoring current and future demands.
* Assisting with potential new clients and tenders.
* Will use planned maintenance CRM software.
* Dealing with clients, attending period reviews and will be the ‘go to’ for point of escalation.
* Will represent the company in a positive manner.
