Title: Administrative Assistant/ Exec Assistant
Location: Onsite- Bournemouth, England, United Kingdom

We are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide high-level administrative and operational support.
About the Role:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day office activities, supporting senior leadership, and ensuring smooth communication and information flow across the organisation. This role requires a highly organised and professional individual who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage general office duties including ordering supplies, maintaining records systems, and supporting basic bookkeeping tasks.
* Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
* Prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for meetings, board sessions, and committee events.
* Organise and manage travel arrangements and meeting schedules.
* Act as an information and communication point within the office.
* Handle and prioritise incoming communications, memos, and reports.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
* High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Experience in event planning and meeting coordination.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support office operations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Previous experience working with executives is essential.
* Secondary education required.
