Hoop Professional Services & HR are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading professional services organisation in South Wales to recruit an Organisational Design Lead. This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced HR professional to drive transformational change and restructures, working closely with senior leadership and the board. \n\nThis role offers a competitive salary starting at £55,000, alongside an enhanced benefits package.
You will be joining a well-respected professional services organisation at a crucial time, with the opportunity to lead high-impact change and influence business transformation at a senior level. The position is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend based on business needs. \n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\n• Lead organisational design and restructure initiatives to support business strategy.
\n• Partner with senior stakeholders and the board to drive transformational change. \n• Provide expert employee relations support during restructures and organisational change. \n• Manage the end-to-end restructure process, from consultation to implementation.
\n• Coach and support line managers through change. \n• Deliver practical, hands-on HR solutions in a fast-moving environment. \n\nWhat You’ll Need to Succeed: \n\n• Extensive HR experience with a focus on organisational design, restructures, and change management.
\n• Strong stakeholder management, confident in engaging at board level. \n• Expertise in employee relations, particularly in restructuring scenarios. \n• A pragmatic, hands-on approach, balancing strategy with operational delivery.
