Specification Sales Representative sought by the windows division of a global, £multibillion plastics manufacturer with close to 200 locations worldwide, to cover their Midlands & South East region. The Role: As Specification Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include: Selling the company’s full range of window and door solution products for use in commercial developments / refurbishments Developing relationships with key architects, specifiers, developers, consultants and contractors Generating product / system specifications in line with targeted expectations Working closely with commercial fabricators and installers to defend specifications Developing, hosting and delivering technical presentations such as CPD seminars for architects and other construction professional The successful Specification Sales Representative should demonstrate: A proven track record of sales success in the windows, doors, curtain walling or building envelope sectors Track record of specification sales Project led Knowledge of wind loadings and the fabric of a building A confident presentation performer Ability to interact with and draw upon a wide range of supporting services Benefits: Excellent salary depending on experience Sales Incentive Programme (results orientated targets - maximum 40% paid quarterly, and individual targets - maximum 10% paid annually) Vehicle Allowance £663 per month Broadband £15 per month Access to Enhanced Pension Scheme (Min 3% EE & 6% ER, Mid 4% EE & 8% ER and Max EE 5% & ER 10%) Access to Life Assurance (3x salary) if enrolled in above Private Medical Insurance & Health Cash Plan (P11D Benefit with option to add family for an additional fee) 24 days holidays plus bank holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years’ service Option to buy and sell holiday Electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme Plus further benefits Specification Sales Representative Midlands & South East Excellent salary up to 50% bonus vehicle allowance benefits
