We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in talent acquisition and will contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.
Duties
1. Utilise various recruitment platforms to source and attract top talent
2. Conduct pre-interview document checks, assess candidates' qualifications and interview
3. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage
4. Employ social media management for recruitment purposes
5. Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs
6. Provide exceptional communication throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
1. Experience or studying in recruitment or human resources
2. Strong relationship management skills
3. Ability to generate leads for potential candidates
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
