Now, they are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Cloud Support Engineer to join our dynamic support team!

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:
* Taking ownership of incidents and driving them to resolution.
* Providing high-level, customer-focused support via our service desk.
* Problem-solving and configuring office hardware/software.
* Monitoring systems to proactively prevent issues.
* Creating internal and customer reports.
* Working with Microsoft Azure and liaising with 3rd-party vendors.
* Occasionally visiting data center locations and customer premises.
* Staying ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest tech trends.
You’ll also be part of our on-call rota, ensuring our customers are supported around the clock.
What We’re Looking For

* A true passion for technology and problem-solving.
* Enthusiasm for learning and tackling new challenges.
Experience or knowledge of:
* Azure
* Windows Server or Windows Desktop
* Active Directory
* Basic TCP/IP networking
* A positive attitude with a knack for communication.
Bonus points if you’re working toward Azure certifications!
