Job Title: Sen Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide individualised support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
* Develop and implement tailored learning plans based on students' needs
* Assist students in accessing the curriculum and classroom activities
* Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor student progress
* Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
* Provide feedback to students to enhance their learning experience
Required Qualifications:
* Recognised qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) teaching
* Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience working with students with special educational needs
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN Code of Practise
* Ability to create inclusive learning environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training in specific SEN areas (e.g., autism, dyslexia)
* Experience using assistive technology in teaching
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work primarily in a classroom setting
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
* May require travel to different school locations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
