We are looking to recruit a bright, talented individual with a can-do attitude to provide immediate cover for 12 months within our small and enthusiastic team as Sales & Operations Administrator.
The Last Drop Distillers specialises in the curation and creation of the world’s most remarkable spirits, finding treasures across different spirits categories and sharing them with connoisseurs and collectors all over the globe, who seek the genuinely remarkable.
Based in southwest London, we are looking for a long term, temporary team member to support us as we drive the business forward. The role is varied and stimulating and will offer plenty of opportunity for career development to the right candidate. This role will report into The Last Drop’s Operations Manager.
We seek someone with the following qualities and skills:
* Highly organised and detail-orientated
* Fast learner, process driven and self-motivated
* Analytical thinker who can understand and manipulate data
* Languages: fluent English, other foreign language(s) an advantage
* Articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Collaborative & reliable team member
* Proficient in Microsoft office (particularly Excel). Other ERP experience an advantage – ideally in Oracle & System 21
An interest in the luxury sector would be an advantage, as would a flair for hospitality and the drinks industry.

Business Support
Sales
* Provide support for the sales team by processing orders with our 3PW and arranging despatches with our trusted freight forwarders
* Maintaining diligent sales documentation – POs, Shipment Notes, Invoices and any country-specific supporting document requirements
* Live sales & order status reporting
* New customer account set up & management
* New product registration documentation
* Customer account management with finance department
* Monthly & ad hoc sales reporting and analysis with PowerBI insights
* Product sample management and fulfilment
* Customer liaison
Operations
* Stock management of warehoused finished goods
* Accurate SKU and Stockroom set up for finished goods
Marketing
* Product sample management towards customers and fulfilment processes.
* Sales & marketing material management
* Flexible event support across event planning, tasting liquid & materials, etc.
* Management of email enquiries inbox
Office Management
* General administrative support for the company (eg. Membership & subscriptions, AP approvals & coding, supplier liaison)
* Liaison and integration with our parent company, Sazerac UK – particularly into Operations Team
* Team meetings, minute-taking and distribution, etc.
* Maintain office supplies, equipment and organisation
