Duties:
1. Planning & Control
2. Movement & Storage
3. General Logistics optimisation
4. Developing transport schedules, methods, and routes
5. Cargo planning, and strategies to improve depot/ logistics service centre operations
6. Analysing and projecting transportation costs
7. Coordinating customs clearances and permits
8. Planning addresses capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals
9. Administration of mobilisation and de-mobilisation / delivery of equipment and material to all new and existing project sites across defined territories, ensure submission of necessary documentation and update relevant systems and databases
10. Ensure correct documentation of import and export processes for all materials and related equipment, liaising with appropriate authorities, as necessary
11. Administration of required cargo/driver documentation and certifications
12. Responsible for collection and delivery of equipment to and from customer sites
13. Develop and maintain direct lines of communication with all transport suppliers to ensure all requirements are met
