Job Title: On-site Envoy/Envoy Team Leader/Driver Envoy

Responsible for: Meeting the requirements of the Company’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental systems, which is mandatory and ensuring that the company’s policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Responsible to: Warehouse Manager/Team Leader
Principle Activities:
1. Understand, develop and promote the Company’s business objectives and participate with total enthusiasm and commitment to achieve and exceed them.
2. Ensure regular status reviews are undertaken with the Line Management and relevant Company personnel.
3. Agree with Line Management appropriate measures (Key Performance Indicators) to monitor performance to achieve the Company’s objectives, ensure that they are kept up-to-date and displayed prominently.
4. Ensure that you fully understand your work requirements and duties and have received the correct supervised training in accordance with the Company’s training requirements to enable you to undertake your duties.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Ensure first in/first out (FIFO) stock rotation is observed.
* Maintain replenished locations in a tidy orderly manner.
* Resolve discrepancies noted when locating goods.
* Liaise with customer on site to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Identify replenishment requirements and scan empty locations.
* Deliver parts or receives delivery from the depot and replenishes bins to rack locations, checking that parts are put away correctly.
* Advise Account Controller of any potential stock-outs.
* Ensure sufficient stock is available on customer site at all times.
* Assist Account Controller by checking stock, collecting samples etc.
* Continually check for damaged labels and request replacements as necessary.
* Use your initiative to resolve any problem in co-operation with your Account Controller.
* Maintain batch traceability.
* If holding AF stock on site, ensure PI, GI and Inspection processes and procedures are followed at all times.
* Ensure no stock reaches the customer line without the correct procedure being followed.
* Ensure correct maintenance of tachographs and/or time sheets where appropriate.
* Initiate Induction training for new job holders within your team.
