As a result of continuing growth we are looking for an additional nail technician to join the team who is keen to specialise in nail beautification and be part of our ethos of supporting customers with improving nail health and growth.
Role & Responsibilities
* Performing nail treatments including manicures and pedicures using Polygel and Gel polish to a high standard;
* Acrylic and Polygel nail extensions;
* Nail art and creative nail art design, including the use of foils, glitter, one stroke nail art;
* Cleaning and sanitising tools and equipment after each use;
* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction;
* Staying up-to-date with the latest nail trends and techniques;
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area;
* Competently handling customer queries and arranging of appointments, for all product offerings;
* Developing an understanding of the entire product range including nail treatments, aesthetics, vitamin injections and vitamin supplements;
* Supporting the introduction of new treatments and products.
Requirements
* Experience of undertaking Manicures & Pedicures and Acrylic / Extension application;
* Minimum 2 years experience in providing manicures and pedicures;
* Experience in the application of BIAB (builder in a bottle), desirable but not essential;
* An outgoing and enthusiastic approach towards customer appointments;
* Qualified in the use of an e-file is desirable;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
The Role
* Salaried / PAYE full time position (self employed not an option);
* 37.5hrs per week;
* Salary £23,850 - £25,000 depending on experience and qualifications;
* Further salary reviews each year;
* Free parking;
* Alternating Saturday shift patterns with one late shift per week;
* 4 weeks (20 days) annual leave, plus Bank Holidays;
* Training and development courses, fully paid for;
