We are now looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. Specifically, you will process and verify purchase invoices, ensuring they align with purchase orders and goods received, and raising any necessary debit notes or price discrepancies. You will also assist with financial reporting, supplier queries, bank reconciliations, and retail data processes, using your keen eye for detail and proactive mindset to ensure accurate and efficient financial record-keeping. Additionally, you will: - Support credit applications, supplier guarantees, and process commission letters - Analyse sales data, credit card transactions, and marketing expenses - Maintain and update customer orders, pricing, and stock data on internal systems - On occasion, provide reception cover and support switchboard duties About You To be considered as an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will need: - A minimum of two years administrative experience - Experience in a commercial business - Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail Other organisations may call this role Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant, Ledger Clerk, Finance Clerk, or Purchase Ledger Clerk.
