You will experience different placements working within our Shared Service business which support all our BAE Systems sectors in the UK and abroad, giving you the opportunity to make a rewarding contribution to the work we do. During your 5 years you will learn and demonstrate skills required to successfully manage our complex projects and programmes, such as developing leadership and change management skills, understanding how to utilise project management tools, methods and developing strategic plans. The Project Management Degree Apprenticeship is delivered by the University of Cumbria which is held on campus at Lancaster University with a mixture of in person attendance and online delivery sessions.
