HR Advisor Woodbridge £26 - £34 per hour My client is looking for a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional to join them on an initial 3 month contract with the opportunity for considerable extension or permanent. The role will involve some hybrid working and very occasional paid travel to Lowestoft. Your role: You’ll deliver a professional HR service, supporting absence management, employee relations, and recruitment while driving best practices in line with employment legislation. Key responsibilities: Manage absence processes (stages 1, 2, and 3) and support investigating managers. Lead on recruitment activities, including advert preparation and compliance checks. Support employee well-being initiatives and embed a proactive absence management culture. What we’re looking for: CIPD Level 5 qualified (essential). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous HR experience, ideally in a unionized or customer-focused environment.
