Role: Research site operations Administrator
Type: Permanent Role
We've partnered with a global pharmaceutical company based Hertfordshire who have a strong focus on human health care (hhc). Founded in 1941, the company has grown into a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry, known for its commitment to developing innovative treatments, especially in the fields of neurology and oncology. They are now looking for a Research site operations Administrator.
Responsibilities:
This role you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Director and the Research Site Operations team EML Production facility in Hertfordshire.
* To have specific responsibilities for the operation, management and provision of effective administration systems and processes.
* To facilitate meetings, including booking rooms, sending out invites and taking minutes.
* To log and act as a point of contact for helpdesk tickets for the HRL facility and ensure timely completion of corrective works.
Requirements:
* Educated to GCSE level with A levels or equivalent an advantage
* Training in office administration skills and /or good administrative background
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Good time management skills and self-motivation
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work well within a small team
