The Role
This role involves working as part of our Store Leadership Team to drive business results and deliver excellent customer service. You'll be responsible for motivating your team, solving problems, and managing operations within the store.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
* Motivate and support your team to achieve targets
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed
* Manage operations within the store, including freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
* Patience and a friendly manner when dealing with customers
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
