Assessing carbon emissions from buildings, including operational and embodied carbon.
Assisting in calculating carbon baselines for real estate portfolios.
Supporting the ESG team with research, data analysis, and sustainability insights.
Contributing to the development of net-zero strategies and decarbonisation roadmaps for a variety of clients.
Supporting the development of science-based targets for clients to help them achieve their net-zero goals.
Delivering presentations and contributing to internal workshops on sustainability and carbon reduction.The Ideal Candidate:
A degree in architecture, engineering, or a related buildings-related field.
Knowledge of carbon emissions from buildings, including both embodied and operational carbon.
Understanding of net-zero principles and strategies for decarbonisation.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for sustainability and climate action.
