BAND: 6 JOB PURPOSE: The Legionella Compliance Officer will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that NIHE remains compliant with its statutory obligations in relation to eliminating or reducing the risk of legionella bacteria in its water systems.
This includes completing legionella risk assessments, carrying out technical inspections, and implementing remedial action plans as required.
REQUIREMENTS: 1.
i) Possess a degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification in a building/construction/environmental related discipline PLUS 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience OR ii) BTEC Higher or equivalent Level 5 qualification in a building/construction/environmental related discipline PLUS 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience OR iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning PLUS a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience working within a building/construction/environmental related function APPLICATION PROCESS Application should be made using the on-line application form.
