A leading organisation in the electronics industry is seeking a dynamic and strategic Managing Director to oversee three key business units within its group structure.
This is a newly created leadership role offering a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact within a business poised for significant growth and transformation.
With a strong heritage and a reputation for excellence in manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution within the electronics sector, the group is now entering an exciting phase of development. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the commercial strategy and driving performance across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead operational delivery, sales performance, and financial targets across multiple business units.
* Inspire, coach, and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams.
* Establish and manage performance KPIs to ensure accountability and results.
* Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue and margin growth.
* Optimise pricing models and manage contract negotiations to enhance profitability.
* Deliver a customer-first approach through tailored solutions and service excellence.
* Shape and implement business strategy to drive organic growth in core markets.
* Utilise analytical insight to assess, forecast, and improve business performance.
* Support wider group initiatives, including ERP implementation and other cross-functional projects.
* Travel to UK and international offices will be required as part of the role.
