Project Manager required by national D&B HV Electrical Contractor for their Scottish Business.
Projects involve maintenance and upgrades to existing substations up to the value of £2m and large capital projects which involve constructing substations on greenfield sites.
Previous experience working on substations is desirable although individuals who have worked in a similar position within Oil and gas or rail would also be a good match.

The Ideal Candidate:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or someone who has come from a trades background
2. Extensive experience in construction management, particularly in the electrical or power sector, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
3. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
4. Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
5. Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other stakeholders.
On offer:
1. Salary of £65k to £75k plus £5k Car allowance and fuel card
2. 26 days holiday plus Bank holidays
3. Living away allowance if required
