This is your opportunity to play a key role in our supply chain managing over 400 retail non-stock SKUs while helping onboard new partners and improving operational efficiency. If you thrive on managing data, solving problems, and communicating with diverse stakeholders, we’d love to hear from you.About the Role As a Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our Purchasing and Supply Team. You’ll manage and optimise stock planning, supplier relationships, and internal operations. This includes: • Supply Planning & Analysis: Creating, updating, and analysing supply plans to ensure seamless operations. • Stock Inventory Control: Managing stock levels, addressing slow-moving lines, and resolving supply risks. • Supplier Management: Collaborating with category buyers and suppliers to optimise forecasting and delivery. • Gift Card Management: Ensuring efficient stock levels for gift cards in stores. • Environmental Data: Owning packaging data submissions for sustainability reporting. • Internal Communication: Coordinating stakeholder meetings and store visits. • Reporting & Queries: Providing data insights, dashboards, and resolving queries to enhance decision-making. • Finance Interface: Driving supplier compliance and resolving invoice-related queries. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a detail-oriented and commercially savvy professional with the following skills and experience: Essential: • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. • A proven track record within supply chain analysis • Confidence in managing and interpreting large datasets. • Excellent Excel skills • Outstanding communication (both written and verbal). • Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset. • A proactive, “can-do” attitude. Desirable: • Retail knowledge or experience. • Familiarity with supplier management and third-party collaborations. • Experience creating dashboards and understanding supply chains.
