Key NPD Projects Manager Responsibilities:
* Lead the coordination of NPD & EPD projects
* Lead weekly project meetings
* Working cross-functionally with innovation, technical, supply chain, artwork, sales & marketing
* Plan resources to deliver the projects
* Highlight bottlenecks and share options for solutions
* Act as primary liaison with internal stakeholders
* Champion best practice project management standards and processes
* Leading monthly gate meetings with leadership team
* Manage the trial plan
* Lead the introduction and maintenance of processes internally
About you:
* Strong background in project management within FMCG – Food ideally
* Ability to manage multiple projects
* Good IT Skills - Microsoft Office
* Dynamic and relentlessly optimistic
* Hands on and driven individual, not shy of self-motivation
* Able to think strategically and adapt to change and uncertainty
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
