Be prepared to work in close proximity with families of all different sizes and creeds helping them settle into their temporary accommodation whilst ensuring the quality of the property is kept to a high standard and safeguarding procedures are followed to the letter!
The role:
-Conducting property checks to assess welfare of tenants and the condition of the property.
-Logging and co-ordinating repairs in the properties under your jurisdiction with our in house maintenance team to ensure repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
-Booking in new tenants in the properties that are empty and preforming inductions to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
-Work closely with our office team, maintaining the property database and ensuring all notes and documents are uploaded, as well as all property and tenant information.
-Responding to incoming emails and phone enquiries & other administration tasks that may be requested from you.
Required:
Driving License
Ability to receive calls at flexible times
DBS check
Fluent in English
Preferred:
Ability to speak any of the following languages (Romanian, Greek, Somali, Spanish, etc.)
Background in Social work and safeguarding
