Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure a 5-star customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues. About The Role The Person The successful candidate forthis positionwill be someone who is highly motivated with a proved track record in sales. A minimum of 2 years' selling experience is required and experience within a car dealershipessential. F&I experience within a dealership would be advantageous.Previous team leader experience and/or experience within a similar role would be an advantage. The successful candidate must hold a valid Driver's License. The Role Maintain product knowledge and be aware of Sales Promotions and quarterly campaigns in operation. Help lead the Sales team to achieve success focusing on defined priority areas Follow up and prospect customers to maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business Assist the Sales Manager with the daily operations of the department in line with Standard Operating Procedures Toensure that each customer is provided with the information to make an informed decision relative to their purchase Stack deals for the sales team and 2nd face customers Comply with FCA obligations and F & I Sales Process Deputising for the Sales Manager in his absence Complete training programs as required. Maintain adequate records of all sales activities including customer contacts through showroom log.
