Key Responsibilities: Selling technical products and services to new and existing clients through telesales, social media, and marketing activities Building long-term relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach Booking appointments for the field sales team and supporting their efforts to convert leads into successful deals Generating and following up on leads from various sources, including cold and warm calls, as well as the company website Contributing to the company’s growth and success by meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service Job Requirements: Proven telesales experience and a track record of delivering sales results Interest in IT and technology, with the ability to understand and promote technical products and services Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building Additional Information: Desk-based role located in Middlesbrough Generous commission structure - OTE £35,000 Opportunity for career progression, with the potential to transition into a field-based role If this opportunity feels like the right fit for you, we encourage you to apply - we’d be excited to hear from you
