You will be playing a critical role in this business by supporting the Head of Marketing and Marketing Executives in liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.

Principal Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Associate Marketing Director and Marketing Executives in liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
2. Supporting in the production of Pick Everard marketing including data management and cleansing, budget administration and ensuring marketing planning is executed on time.
3. Supporting Marketing Executives in sourcing and drafting content opportunities to feed our marketing channels.
4. Organising and assisting in the delivery of a range of Pick Everard events. This includes coordination of collateral required for events and supporting in setting up and presentation of exhibitions.
5. Maintaining Pick Everard social media accounts, keeping the website updated and monitoring of marketing KPI’s against channel activity.
6. General coordination and administrative support to the Marketing Team.

About You
Our ideal Marketing Assistant must have:
1. Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
2. Knowledge and use of social media as a marketing tool.
3. Strong experience using MS Office packages including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
It would be nice for you to have:
1. At least 12 months experience of a similar marketing role.
2. A degree level in a relevant subject or recognised qualification in marketing.
3. Competency in a range of specialist software applications, e.g., InDesign.
